By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), managed and operated by PROVIDENT QUANTUM TECH S.R.L. (corporate ID 3-102-965820, Costa Rica), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site provides technical and communications information about QRYPTA and the QRYPTA ecosystem. It is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy or sell assets, securities, or financial instruments.
You must use the Site in compliance with applicable law in your jurisdiction. If your jurisdiction prohibits or restricts access to certain crypto-related content or services, you must refrain from using them.
The Site content (text, design, trademarks, graphics, code, and materials), the QRYPTA brand, wallets, and derivative products are the exclusive property of PROVIDENT QUANTUM TECH S.R.L. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit it without prior written permission.
QRYPTA® is a mixed trademark registered with the Intellectual Property Registry of the National Registry of Costa Rica (Reg. No. 419244, classes 9, 36 and 42, valid until 2036). Any reproduction, copying, imitation, modification, distribution, public communication or commercial use, in whole or in part, of the logos, brand marks, name, typefaces, visual identity, images, designs, cards, brand materials, source code or any other asset of PROVIDENT QUANTUM TECH S.R.L. (corporate ID 3-102-965820), without prior, express and written authorization, is expressly prohibited.
Any infringement will be pursued through all civil, administrative and criminal actions available under Costa Rica's Trademark and Other Distinctive Signs Act No. 7978, the Intellectual Property Rights Enforcement Procedures Act No. 8039, the Copyright and Related Rights Act No. 6683 and applicable international treaties (Paris Convention, TRIPS), including claims for damages, injunctive relief, seizure of infringing material and reports to authorities and platforms (exchanges, app stores, domain registrars and social networks).
- Do not attempt to compromise the security of the Site or its services.
- Do not use the Site for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
- Do not interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to overload it.
The Site may link to third-party services (e.g., explorers, social networks, repositories). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information will be complete or always up to date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRYPTA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
